A safe, properly licensed alternative to arrangements parents would rather not think about. Parents receive confirmation of pickup and arrival, and chauffeurs are accustomed to managing a car full of teenagers with good humour.
Race days and the Spring Carnival
Melbourne Cup Carnival, Royal Randwick and regional race meetings, with drop-off as close to the gates as marshals allow and a pre-agreed collection point for the end of the day — when phone reception and patience are both in short supply.

Venue transfers that skip the car park entirely. Your chauffeur monitors the finish time and is positioned before the crowd reaches the exits.

Event transport fails in the planning, not on the day. Our process is built around removing the things that usually go wrong.
- Route review in advance. We check the actual roads, venue access and drop-off points before your date, including road closures around major events.
- Buffer time built in. Schedules are planned to arrive early, not exactly on time. Early costs nothing; late costs everything.
- A written schedule. You receive the run sheet in advance with pickup times, addresses, vehicle allocations and chauffeur contact details.
- One point of contact. Multi-vehicle bookings are coordinated by a single person, so you are not calling four drivers.
- Fixed pricing. The price agreed is the price charged, including on public holidays and major event dates.
Planning and Booking Notes
- Book early for peak dates. Spring Carnival, New Year’s Eve, formal season in October and November, and Saturdays through spring and autumn book out well in advance.
- Guest shuttles. For weddings and functions we can run continuous shuttles between accommodation and venue rather than a single trip.
- Changes. Timing adjustments are accommodated wherever possible — the earlier you tell us, the easier it is.
- Presentation. Vehicles are detailed before every event booking as standard.
- Accessibility. Let us know about mobility requirements and we will allocate a suitable vehicle and plan step-free access.

A luxury people mover with individual seating, generous legroom and capacity for 4 large bags and 4 carry-on bags. Ideal for families, small corporate groups and wedding parties.
Mercedes Sprinter or similar — up to 11 passengers
Premium group transport with room for 8 large bags — suited to corporate roadshows, wedding guest shuttles and large family occasions.
Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should we book a wedding car?
Four to eight weeks is comfortable for most dates. For Saturdays in spring and autumn, and anything over the Spring Racing Carnival or New Year period, book considerably earlier as vehicles are committed months ahead.
Do you charge more on public holidays or event dates?
No. The price we agree is the price you pay. There is no surge pricing on New Year's Eve, Melbourne Cup Day or any other peak date.
Can you provide more than one vehicle?
Yes. Multi-vehicle bookings are coordinated under a single schedule with one point of contact and one invoice, whether that is two cars for a bridal party or a fleet running guest shuttles.
Do you decorate wedding cars?
Ribbons can be arranged on request. We keep presentation simple and elegant so the vehicle complements your photographs rather than competing with them.
What happens if our event runs late?
We build buffer time into every event schedule and will wait. If the delay is substantial we will confirm the extension with you, charged at the standard hourly rate rather than a penalty.
