By booking with Prima Chauffeur Services Australia, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your reservation.
For tour services, vehicles may carry the maximum passengers as guests typically don’t travel with large luggage. We recommend selecting a vehicle suited to both your passenger count and luggage needs.
Requests should be submitted as early as possible. All changes are subject to availability. Last-minute amendments may incur additional charges.
A booking is a “no-show” if the passenger cannot be contacted or fails to arrive within the complimentary waiting period. The full booking amount may be charged.
Prima Chauffeur Services reserves the right to substitute a booked vehicle with a similar or upgraded option due to operational requirements or vehicle availability.
A minimum spend may apply depending on vehicle type, location, duration, and seasonal demand.
Peak hours: 7:00 AM–9:30 AM and 3:00 PM–7:30 PM. Pricing reflects extended durations during these periods.
Available on request. Must be specified at time of booking. Availability varies by vehicle type.
Prices, surcharges, and minimums may vary during public holidays, peak periods, concerts, sporting events, and special occasions.
Respectful behaviour required at all times. Smoking, excessive alcohol, or inappropriate conduct may result in termination of service without refund.
Clients may be held responsible for excessive cleaning costs or damage caused during the booking period.
Prima Chauffeur Services is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Prima Chauffeur Services may utilise trusted third-party chauffeurs in selected cities. All partners are carefully vetted to maintain our service standards.
For International Visitors
After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals hall with your name displayed.
Currency exchange and ATMs are available throughout the arrivals terminal. Australia uses the Australian Dollar (AUD).
Local SIM cards and eSIMs are available at the airport. Need to get online right away? Your driver is happy to let you use the in-car hotspot if needed.
Sydney Airport to the CBD is around 20-30 minutes. We account for traffic and time of day in your transfer.
Good to Know
Yes. We monitor your flight in real time from departure to arrival. If your flight is early or delayed, your chauffeur adjusts automatically and you are never charged for delays caused by the airline.
Nothing to worry about. We track the delay and your chauffeur will be there when you actually land. You will not be charged extra for waiting time caused by a delayed flight.
Your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a name board with your name on it.
• For international arrivals the driver will arrive 30 minutes after the plane gates and wait around 30 minutes.
• For domestic arrivals, the driver will arrive 15 minutes after the plane gates and wait around 15 minutes.
No problem. If you would like additional time after landing to visit Duty Free, shop, dine, or explore the airport before meeting your chauffeur, please let us know in advance or contact us before you depart. Our chauffeurs monitor flight arrivals and schedule pickup times accordingly. Advance notice helps us coordinate your pickup efficiently and minimise extended airport waiting and parking charges, allowing us to continue offering competitive rates while maintaining exceptional service.
Yes. We provide transfers to and from all Sydney Airport domestic and international terminals.
Absolutely. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a world-leading payment provider trusted by millions of businesses. We never store your card details.

Tour durations vary depending on the package. Sydney City Tours typically run 4–6 hours, while Blue Mountains and Hunter Valley tours are generally full-day experiences.
Luggage capacity depends on the vehicle selected. Please advise us in advance if you are travelling with oversized luggage or additional bags.
Yes. We offer rear-facing, forward-facing and booster seats. Please request your child seat at least 24 hours before your journey so we can have it ready.
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.
Yes. Tax invoices and receipts are available upon request.
